We manufacture finished nutraceuticals under your brand from the raw material we grow and process ourselves in the Peruvian Andes and Amazon. One supply chain from the field to the sealed bottle, with lot traceability and the export paperwork already in place.

The terms, before anything else

Minimum order: 1,000 units per SKU — all formats
Production lead time: 45 days from confirmed order
Formats: Capsules, tablets, powders, powder blends, oils, resins, softgels
Capsule presentation: Bottles of 60, 100 or 120 capsules
Powder presentation: 100 g to 1 kg — most requested 200 g, 227 g, 300 g, 454 g
Plant certifications: GMP (NSF), HACCP, FDA registered, GACC licence for China
Organic scope: USDA-NOP, EU Organic and COR through Control Union
Export: 48 countries across five continents since 2011

Two different things, and it pays to keep them apart. Bulk raw material ships by weight — 200 kg, 500 kg, one tonne or more, 50 kg for extracts — and leaves FOB Callao in 15 to 20 business days. Finished product made to your brand is ordered by units — 1,000 per SKU — and takes 45 days of production before it ships. If you need both, we quote them separately.

Why a manufacturer that owns its origin is different

Most contract manufacturers buy their botanicals on the open market. We do not: the maca, cacao, sacha inchi, camu camu and the rest come from our own supply chain in Junín, Pasco and the Amazon basin.

Capsules and tablets

Single-ingredient or multi-active. Bottles of 60, 100 or 120 capsules. Minimum 1,000 bottles per SKU.

Powders and powder blends

From 100 g to 1 kg. The formats brands ask for most are 200 g, 227 g, 300 g and 454 g.

Oils and resins

Sacha inchi oil in 250 ml bottles. Dragon's blood and copaiba oil in 30 ml glass. Yacón syrup in 250 ml or 250 g.

What the 45 days cover

Production starts on a confirmed order and finished artwork. The clock covers formulation adjustment, raw-material release, manufacturing, primary and secondary packaging, and quality release. Ocean freight is on top and depends on your destination port.

What is the minimum order quantity?

1,000 units per SKU, and it is the same across every format — capsules, tablets, powders, cacao paste, oils and resins. For capsules a unit is a bottle, not a capsule.

How long does production take?

45 days from a confirmed order with approved artwork. That is production time; ocean freight to your port is additional.

Is this the same lead time as bulk raw material?

No. Bulk raw material ships FOB Callao in 15 to 20 business days because it does not need to be manufactured. The 45 days apply to finished product made under your brand.

Which certifications does the plant hold?

GMP certified by NSF, HACCP, FDA registered, and a GACC licence to export to China. Organic scope — USDA-NOP, EU Organic and COR — runs through Control Union. Certification at product level is confirmed per SKU, never assumed.

Can you supply the raw material as well as manufacture?

Yes, and it is the reason to work with us. The botanicals come from our own supply chain in the Peruvian Andes and Amazon, so one company answers for the crop and for the finished unit.

Do you help with formulation?

Yes. R&D and custom formulation, label and regulatory guidance, and artwork support are part of the service. Registration in your destination market stays with the brand owner.
